Lego Tie Fighter from my childhood
I had this set as a child and the nostalgia was real when I opened the box. I love this LEGO and was very happy to get it in such good condition. I was bummed that it didn't come with the original brown lego head for the pilot figure so that's why 4 and not 5 stars, but that is an easy fix buying another one somewhere else. Overall, very happy with this set.

Bringing some light to the dark side
First of all the darth Vader minifig is just great but on top of things its lightsaber really ingites(glows) by pressing down his head. Cool! The ship itself follows the standard TIE LEGO kind of project. Nothing too fancy but the wings (solar panels?) are a improvment from the old TIE fighter Lego. The junction beetween cockpit and wings could have been better but overall it still has a nice "swoosh" effect. Again,this is an old STAR WARS LEGO so they still have those blue pieces (WE WANT GREY BRICKS, PLEASE) Overall,it's a great purchase for either a collection or someone wishing to play with STAR WARS LEGO's.
