We Immediately contacted him, and he did not have one to replace it with, but ask if I could wait a couple of days for him to find one. Just as he said, he did, and shipped it to us, with a return label included for the bad one! From the beginning he answered promptly and continued communicating promptly throughout the transactions. The new part was individually wrapped, in excellent shape, and I will continue to do business with him and tell all my friends to do the same!
