Item had a defective mechanism not clearly defined in description or seen in photos. Issue was quickly resolved by contact with seller and a satisfactory resolution and partial refund were obtained. Communication with seller was excellent. Item was shipped quickly and packaged to withstand a nuclear blast. Seller was very responsive to initial problem and performed excellent customer service all during the transaction.
