After 2 weeks I have no complaints. It runs for quite a while on a charge. Very simple to use, although I manually start it because I havn't familiarized myself with it's remote start procedure yet. I had a another brand of robot cleaner a few years ago which developed an "error" code, I was told that it was not fixable. This brand is cheaper and appears to be just as efficient. Got first one for my mom, then knew I had to have one too. Bought Shark Ion Robot RV720 for good price and do not need WiFi or smart phone control. There are different models, so be sure to read the description if you want the fancier model. Very easy to set up and mine came with a full charge and ready to roll. It does a great job picking up dog and cat hair from carpet and bare floors, as well as lint and crumbs. It's pretty amazing when you empty the dirt cup to see how much it collected. I do not run it when I'm not home and prefer to keep an eye on it. Love how it takes itself back to the charging dock. It's great, I love it, and wish I had this years ago!

This is the best vacuum I have ever bought. I am a vacuum cleaner lover, but this robot vacuums while I am in the shower, while I am making breakfast, while I am getting ready. I now can walk barefoot on my hardwood floors with nothing sticking to my feet. I still have to get into some nooks and crannys to vacuum, but 97% of the condo is now clean of cat hair and dust bunnys. I recommend this to anyone who has hardwood everywhere as I do.This is the best vacuum I have ever bought. I am a vacuum cleaner lover, but this robot vacuums while I am in the shower, while I am making breakfast, while I am getting ready. Great cleaner, great price!
This cleaner is amazing! Does very well at cleaning floors. I turn it on after work, I can do other things while it is cleaning my hardwood floors. It is still fairly new to me, so I havent got to use the mop feature yet, but when I do, I will update. It is awesome!

Quiet, and works great.
Have 3 cats, and just love setting this thing loose every other day. I just push the start button, and it runs all over the house picking up dirt. The bin is easy to empty. It's very quiet. The directions said the charging station needed 5 feet of clear space, but I tried putting it under a table, and it has no problem finding it's way back.
