OK communications with the seller. Item not anywhere close to the listing's description, which was pure fantasy. Shoulda asked a question or two, but for $13, you pay your money, you take your chances. Actually is a pair 7" diameter red plastic replacement lens for a traffic control light or such, not for an auto.
