I had received this package in excellent condition and was unopened. I opened the envelope from the mint and found that the mint had packed a damaged coin holder and the Ben Franklin half dollar was tarnished. The seller was perfect in their responsibilities to me and my issue is against the Philadelphia mint for their negligence 64 years ago.
