Took 6+ weeks for a mug to arrive at my urban coastal home. It sat at the seller’s local UPS for so long that I gave up on it and bought another. I was shocked when it finally arrived but quickly understood why it took so long to arrive. The mug was poorly packaged in a makeshift box (a Priority Mail box cut in half) which left the mug handle outside of the box. No wonder the irregularly shaped package took forever to move.

We apologize that there was such a delay in you receiving your item. Unfortunately once the items leave our facility it is out of our hands. According to tracking it was scanned in at the UPS facility about an hour from our faciltiy the day after it was picked up. This is not our fault that it wasn't moving. Also, I can assure that we do not package our items in this way. I'm not sure as to what happened to that box, but one thing we put a lot of effort into is how we package and ship our items
