The LCD was fine. Packaging great. However, it was the wrong item (the unit listed was supposed to have USB-C with power delivery - I sent in pictures). They issued a partial refund (much appreciated). I encourage buyers and sellers to expect mistakes, we all make them. The key is to find remedies quickly and easily for all. If there is no indication seller negligence, buying more product at reduced prices can also be a quick remedy.

They denied sending the wrong monitor (ok we all make mistakes). But then simply re-iterated "ask for a return" or a "replace" (which is the same thing, but now puts the risk on the buyer for repackaging - remember, they denied their fault). I appoligized, that I could not spend more time on this issue.

    More than your money’s worth!!!

    I did a significant amount of research prior to making my purchase of the Barnett Whitetail Hunter Pro STR. After making my purchase, I continued to research other crossbows to validate that not only was this the “best” for my intended style of hunting, but also the best value. The bow was very easy to assemble, as promised! The scope was better than I expected, and was amazed a the clarity and light gathering capabilities as the sun had set and dusk set in. I started sighting the crossbow in at 20 yards. 3 shots later, I moved back to 30 yards. One shot later, I was moving back to 40 yards. The same thing happened at 40 and 50 yards. Within 30 minutes, I was shooting a grouping the size of a tennis ball at sixty yards.I would have shot the crossbow at seventy yards, however my ...

    Fast and accurate details lacking

    This bow is very accurate and does measure 400 fps over my chronograph. The bow feels good and is comfortable to shoot. The drawbacks are the string suppressors do not line up with the string ( a small shim on the backside of the bases fixed it) also this bow is LOUD, limb suppressors help. All in al I am pleased with the performance. Rob

    Full frame crossbow.

    This crossbow is very long and if you are a shorter person can be hard to cock due to this reason. The crossbow also tends to havemost of its weight forward which makes holding for an extended length of time in the firing position. If you are a large framed adult no problem.

    An Awsome Whitetail Crossbow

    This crossbow was easy to assemble--most was already assembled when it arrived. Sighting it in was so easy as windage was right on! A view downward adjustments on the scope and I was shooting 1.5 inch pattern at 40 yards. Others who see and shoot this bow, love it.

    Sweet!

    Took the bow to Sutherlands who assembled it for me. Gave me a chance to dial my sights in. Bullseye within a quarter at 20yds every time with no adjustments. This Xbow is for me 100%. I love it! I love the accuracy, and I love the extreme power 400fps, compared to my last Xbow. I have no complaints.
