Overall the doll came exactly as described! As said in her post, the dolls hair was a bit gunky even after a few washes. Though for an 11 year old doll who’s had product in her hair from the box, nothing that I didn’t expect. I will be restoring her old hair style anyway and she looks wonderful next to my custom Wisp. The seller packaged the doll really well, and everything came in tact! I will be buying from this seller again in the future.

Item description mentions some minor color fading. While that is true, it failed to mention the bubbling in the paint in the figure on one side of the glass as though exposed to a heat source. And it was not that evident in the photos. Seller did combine several orders into one box for shipping; had great communication, replied to questions quickly; and worked to make this sale happen. Careful packing and fast shipping turnaround after payment meant prompt delivery.
