Seller did a partial refund, but there was some combination of misleading listing practices and poor shipping practices that led to a gift for someone arriving in worse condition than a reasonable person could have expected, in my opinion. Be careful with this seller. They listed the item as "New" when it very much wasn't, and they either were very selective with their photographs or shipped the item poorly and it got damaged that way.

Item was new. Never read. outer box was damaged I agree. I said she could return for a full refund. She responded that she was happy with the refund. I am guessing not. I asked her if a partial refund would make her happy. She said yes. I suggest not selling to this buyer if you want a poor review as does not work with you. See my feed as I strive for happy customers but you cannot please everyone. As mentioned full refund and return was offered.
