      Best classical Pilates workout

      Ana Caban has yet another great classical Pilates workout. I also own her Beginners Pilates DVD, and if you are new to Pilates, start with the Beginning workout until you feel ready to move on to a new challenge. This is a no gimmicks workout, but the actual classical and true version of Joseph Pilates original workouts. Ana Caban is a superb instructor and knows how to teach as she fully explains the moves with constant reminders of correct breathing techniques and positions for each exercise. I highly recommend this Pilates Intermediate DVD.

      I love it!

      I started Pilates for the first time ever with the Pilates Beginning Mat Workout with Ana Caban. I used that for several months and it drastically improved my strenghth and flexibility. When I had conquered that one, I moved up to the Intermediate Mat Workout. This one is every bit as good. I love Ana Caban-- her instructions are clear & helpful w/o being annoying. The only problem I have with this dvd is that there's a long intro before the workout that you have to fastforward thru to get to the actual workout. Other than that it's perfect. =)
