Ok to start, the picture of Sir Elton John came well packed...there was no way it would get bent. However, I was disappointed to see that it did NOT come in a plastic sleeve it only came with 2 white sheets of paper to keep it " safe".But that aside, the photo came pretty quick, and was in great shape. The communication I had in the beginning with the seller ( when I had a question) was good. So over all good experience. And if they'd put pics in sleeves I'd definitely buy from again!!
