    This is a must read for anyone dealing with Heartburn. Dr. Sherry Rogers makes the subject easy to understand, very practical and she gives hope to her readers that the pain of heartburn is definitely stoppable. Though written 20 years ago, much of the information on the subject has relevance today. Definitely a thumbs up!!!!!👍

    Lots of information

    Not really sure what I was expecting. I guess I was expecting a formula I could mix up that was all natural, but this book is all about the do and don't of heartburn. It was really more information than I wanted. After so many pages of technical explanations and how drug companies are making it worse, I decided to go on the internet and find an all natural formula that might work for this problem. I found it and now have fewer symptoms. If you want to be informed this is the book for you.

    She knew 17 yrs ago what is fact now

    This MD knew 17+ yrs ago of most of the dangers of the proton-pump inhibitors (i.e., Prisolec, Nexium and even the "considered safe" stomach acid otc drugs, which are now KNOWN to cause organ failure & cancers by inhibiting the necessary acids in **ALL** bodily cells, not just stomach acids). I'm thrilled to read what else she has to say. Drugs aren't the answer for long life. This book helps is find answers so we can discard the very damaging drugs.

    Great book! Very informative!

    What can I say? Great book! Best of all it helps you get back on the road to a more normal body condition and best of all it helps SOLVE the problems, instead of "patching" the problem, as the doctors so love to do... Remember, there is no money to be made from WELL people. Give it a shot, try it out.. I did and it helped me. You may even want to check out some of the other titles by Dr. Sherry Rodgers.
