    Yoga Zone-Gentle Yoga for Beginners

    My main reason for buying this DVD was my hoping that it would give me someting different and a little more diversity to my exercise routine. I have a miriad of back and health problems, and found, as soon as the DVD started, that this was obviously NOT meant for someone in my situation, or even someone older who is just not totally flexable or already into some sort of Yoga routine. It may be 'Yoga for Beginners' in the Yoga world, but in MY world, it was a bit more advanced. I would only recommend it to people who are younger, healthier, and/or already doing some amount of Yoga on a frequent basis. In my situation, I'm sure it's going to be sitting on the shelf, gathering dust, until I give it away, or possibly re-sell it on e-bay.

    Great for Beginners!

    This DVD is a great option for us newbies who want to try Yoga in the privacy of our own homes before investing in clothing, exercise equipment & such or making a commitment to a health club. It is easy to follow and although a beginner level the poses are awkward at first. Plus I can work out when it's convenient for me and be totally relaxed at home.

    If you are thin, this is great

    I am not a thin person, I just had a baby a few months ago and my muscles are tight so I really wanted something to gradually help me get some range back and from a demo I seen on this dvd I purchased this one. The instructors seem decent they were not annoying like some videos. The pace was very slow but the positions I found difficult to do if you are not already flexible or if you have a stomache forget about it, it is almost impossible. I as pretty uncomfortable in the positions. I think this is great if you are looking to just start yoga and have minimal body fat in the tummy area. My 13 year old did it with no problem and seemed to enjoy most of it.

    Yoga Zone is wonderful!

    I find this to be a gentle yoga work out - if you can't do it all, you can always ff those parts or pause when you need to hold the stretch for a longer time. It's easy to follow and has helped my back pain! I have many of the Yoga Zone routines and this is one of my favorites.

    Good service, speed and a great product

    I was looking to start yoga and what a great DVD for older people and those just starting. I hope it helps with balance and flexibility which both seem to be getting worse as I have turned 60. It was an easy product to locate using your search feature. I will probably purchase more DVDs when I get more proficient at Yoga. Thanks again.
