The workbook already has chapters completely filled out. In a typical textbook, I would consider some highlighting and writing as acceptable, but in a workbook where I am required to fill in the answers for an assignment, I feel this is unacceptable. I expected some markings with a "GOOD" condition, but 11 out of 20 chapters are 3/4 filled out. Overall, the book pages are in good condition. So maybe directly ask the seller if you are purchasing a workbook if the answers are filled in.
