It's a very low end quality product that was difficult to ascertain from the sellers description and pictures. It was mailed quickly. Apparently the seller wasn't acquainted with the quality levels of the product and I paid double the price. The shipping cost seemed high as well. I won't waste time sending it back, because it was inexpensive, but rest assured I'll be discarding this cheap "house cue".
