Unfortunately, the item got stolen. It was a problem due to USPS. It had nothing to do with the seller at all. The seller was more than amicable and charitable with his time. In fact, he goes out of his way to make sure everything is OK. Unfortunately USPS seem to have lost the package or given it to the wrong person.
