Excellent Product!
This version of Microsoft Office Home and Student 2011 was very easy to install an does include Outlook. I had to reinstall another 2011 version of Microsoft Office and it seemed to give me a bit of an upgrade, as I noticed newer fonts, but the upside for me was that I did not have to reformat other documents I was working on in my other Microsoft Office platform. Great buy!

DO NOT BUY Microsoft Office Mac 2011 unless it comes with a valid product key. As sold by Microsoft the product key was not included in the package. Instead a one-time PIN was provided which could be used at the Microsoft website to obtain the product key. However, Microsoft ended support for Office 2011 in 2017, and the website has been deactivated. It is now IMPOSSIBLE to obtain the product key, and without that you cannot install and run the software. So even a sealed new copy of this software is worthless today, except as a collector's item. An excellent alternative to Microsoft Office is LibreOffice, which has the same functionality, is FREE, and comes with an unlimited open source license from the non-profit Document Foundation. Check it out! DO NOT BUY Microsoft Office Mac 2011 unless it comes with a valid product key. As sold by Microsoft the product key was not included in the package. Microsoft Office worked great on our Apple Mac!
I bought this product for my daughter who uses a MAC for her computer at our university. I had heard there might be problems using a Microsoft program on a Apple Mac but everything went fine. The installation was quick and easy and the features of Office are much better for her college courses. In following up with her she has confirmed that everything is working well and she's had no problems with the new program. Great product but might be redundant!
I bought a new Mac Book Pro with Retina. When they transferred everything from the old Mac the "key" would not unlock any of the critical documents I had previously created in Office. My new Mac came with programs and Office Mac 2011 works flawlessly with all of them. I can export documents created in Pages as a Word document; fantastic! The same for documents created in Numbers, which I can export and open in Excel. If you have a Mac and are used to MS Office this is a great product. However, the programs that came with my Mac are also terrific, just different from Office. Although a great product, if I didn't need to open MS Office documents, I would not have purchased Office Mac because I absolutely love Pages and Numbers! So basically buying Office Mac might be redundant since Pages ... I bought a new Mac Book Pro with Retina. I would recmmend this seller!
The product is great I've already used MS word on my Mac, as well as the powerpoint... I'm up to date with all the latest MS Documents for school. this really makes the windows/Mac experience a lot less painful. All Mac users know what I'm talking about. The disk install only took about 10 minutes and I was good to go with the product key. Overall I would say this is all that I needed in order to complete my school work, without it I don't know what I would do! If you could get away with going Office student for school if you have a school e-mail you could end up spending $25 less, but at the time I wasn't aware I would have a school email. So other then that great product/value I would say.
