    Not what I expected

    After receiving this book and reviewing - it is not what was looking for - many ingredients were unfamiliar and/or unavailable locally - almost like this was written for European vegans. I would have returned it but shipping was almost as much as I paid for the book - so I kept it. Maybe I'll find something useful in it. Not giving it a negative review - just not what I wanted in a vegan cookbook.

    Great recipe book for vegans to follow.

    Fantastic! A book for all vegan kitchens.

    One of my all time favorite vegan cookbooks. My go to when having company over. I often buy a copy for gift giving as the recipes are that good. The beginning of the book covers some basics of vegan cooking that many just starting out with this new lifestyle may not be familiar with. All over worth it.
