    There was a typo in the ebay ad which indicated that a specific option was included. When I received the pc that I ordered, the option was not there. The pc was in great condition, just was missing the option. I contacted the seller and he offered me a discount or a return. I asked for a return and refund and the seller complied quickly.     Laptop arrived on schedule and was VERY well packaged in bubble wrap to prevent damage. The unit itself is in great condition -- it looks like it has had minimal use. The laptop was wiped and reset back to ready to set up, which I did with no issues. Note: the laptop pictured in the listing was not what I received, but I got the exact model and specs described, so no worries there. I'm very happy with this purchase and with this eBay seller!!

There was a problem with USPS delaying package and sending it all over the country, but seller had packaged it well and it arrived unscathed. Seller was very responsive when I let them know that my package was seeing the countryside through no fault of theirs. Would buy from them again, no problem!
