We were polite with a buyer from the first message. The buyer requested a partial refund or he will put negative feedback. We offered him a full refund if he would send us the unit back or take 20$ partial refund. He stopped responding and did a bad review. This is manipulating me to pay it or a get bad review. He does not respond to my messages.

Great receiver at an excellent price
This AV receiver is an upgrade for a Yamaha DSP-E1000, which I had been using to provide the signature Yamaha soundfield as an enhancement to my original two-channel stereo system. This new system integrates all of the inputs, outputs, and signal processing into a single unit. It also offers me the ability to analyze the room acoustics to set the speaker volumes optimally. It includes a second, independent zone useable with a different source; I am using it to power a pair of wireless headphones (still good, though they predate Bluetooth, else I would use that). What A Sound Bargain
This Yamaha has great sound and features. It has everything I wanted and needed in a receiver. There's lots of power and so many different sounds. They all sound great. I highly recommend this unit..You will not be sorry .

I like it a lot, very expensive unit though
Works great, I didn't have any problems connecting hdmi accessaries like 4kTV, AppleTv, FireTv, Cable Modem, Directv genie, Blu-Ray player. The on screen menu was meh, for a unit this expensive, I expected the on-screen menu graphics to be a lot nicer. The surround sound effects are good! But I don't like that I have raise volume almost all the way up to get them to kick in.
