This book does a good job of explaining the various types of stomach conditions and how a low-fodmap elimination diet can help you figure out your triggers. It provides a recommended order to reintroduce specific foods and it provides a good number of varied filling and flavorful (everyday/simple to fancy/complex) recipes to get you through the elimination period.
