    Kathy Smith - Ultimate Pilates (DVD, 2002, 2 Disc Set)

    Pilate instructions are easy to follow and understand. A variety of pilate moves are given which makes it easy to keep classes fresh. I love to mix things up when I teach no class is every the same. I would recommend this DVD set, also the price was definitely right.
