Item was packed too loosely and it harmed the item in shipping, snapping some of the delicate points on the necklace. Seller offered a full refund if I wanted to return item, but I opted for a $15 partial refund instead - which was granted - due to the changed value of the broken item and my unwillingness to deal with the hassle of a refund
