    The item arrived in the packaging as described, even though I ordered the wrong color. The lipgloss looks like it is splitting in consistency. I messaged the seller explaining the situation and requested to make a return almost a week ago and never received a reply. I then started a request refund case and was denied by the seller immediately. I find it unprofessional to not respond to a message and sell a product that is very much expired.

    Color not the same

    The color is not the same as the one I bought at Nordstrom. Both are NW25 but the one I just received is very light pink not the light tan color of the Norstrom one. I've double checked the labels and they are indentical.
