    V11 refurb works great but the main unit...

    V11 refurb works great but the main unit itself was scratched and scuffed more than I expected. I polished it up with some auto polish then wiped it down with spray wax so now it looks brand new... Dyson could have also done this as well but I'm still happy with my purchase because it saved me money. Tools provided were obviously brand new and never used.

    This was a reconditioned item, but it was in as-new condition. Not a mark on it. It seemed to have fairly good suction and an impressive variety of attachments. Unfortunately, I returned it because it didn't fit my needs. I thought it would be useful for vacuuming out my car, but without having a hose attachment, it was just too bulky and cumbersome to get under the seats and dash easily.

    Condition of the product was pretty good. Inside of each vacuum heads there was dust and debris. On the barrels and other accessories, there was dust on top. No visible scratches or dings on the product. Overall very satisfied.

    Lifes Little Surprises

    The only issue I have is after 5 minutes of vacuuming. The display indicates the filter needs to be washed. This is a reoccurring issue. I have bought additional filters, so I change out frequently. Otherwise, I really like the product and all attachments
