Seller tips : 1) sell it, ship it; 2) respond to messages.Took well over a week to ship. Contacted countless times with near zero response. Shipping was excessive to say the least. Packaging was poor with the contents nearly falling out of the box. Real hard to give the benefit of the doubt with seller saying he had health issues ... maybe so, but this is one of the worst experiences in 2 decades that deserves a NEGATIVE rating. But seeing that he have had issues I'm leaving NEUTRAL.

The organ was extraordinarily heavy and I'm very grateful for him help and for being willing to drive the distance.
