    Defective item

    The technician came to install the smart valve. After the installation installation he turned on the gas line, he could hear the gas leak sound coming out of the smart valve. He recommended the immediate removal as it is dangerous to keep it there. I had to pay for him to come unfortunately. I am returning for an exchange if the provider has one that is good.

    Avoid

    Installed gas and it didn’t work. Then had hvac tech check out furnace and he said valve was bad. Ordered new valve to fix furnace. My advice is to avoid buying used parts, just a waste of money and time.
