    When the Xbox arrived, the system worked - but the controller was busted and it had a strong smoke smell. But the seller was very cordial about the whole mess and offered to pay a partial refund for the busted controller when I was more than willing to do a full return for the whole thing. I thought that was extremely reasonable & professional, so overall even though the item wasn't 100% how it was described, I really appreciated them taking that hit on their bottom line to make things right.
