This is confusing & as a result I did not receive my purchase and yes, I am still skeptical. If creasing was the reason for the failure, who does Ebay hire to make decisions on their Authentication Process? I am also extremely frustrated by the way that eBay's Authentication process failed both of us with your purchase. :( It is even more disappointing to me that they didn't reach out to you to verify if you still wanted the boots, given that the only issue was minor toe creasing that happens just by a shoe being tried on. I'll be sending feedback to eBay about our negative experience with this, as it was very frustrating for both of us and stressful to me as well! I'm sorry!
