    My specific sample was fully functional out of the box and came with: unlocked BIOS, new power adapter, main and media bay battery in good condition (no optical drive), 750 GB hard drive with only 2 bad cells, surprisingly little wear, a pristine screen, notable corrosion around the ports and under the hard drive (but not on the cassette itself), what appears to be a missing RJ jack, and a functioning wifi card. A number of ports were disabled in the BIOS. Function-F2 toggles wifi hard block

    Well packed fast ship. This computer is amazing solid as a rock and impressive. Has many interesting military features that I can use. Fast enough for me. I am still getting rid of the Windows social junk and sharing features, but I expected that. With back lite keys and internal GPS I am off to a good start. This is not your average computer. If you want to unleash its full power and features you have to learn more about it. Good docs on line. IMPRESSED Looks expensive and LIKE NEW

    Excellent computer! Multiple times better than the old Panasonic toughbook I used to have (makes the old toughbook look like a toy)! Keyboard is a bit stiff but I used to type on a manual typewriter back in the day so it's all good. I had an issue with the hard drive and tech support responded very quickly and gave me clear instructions on how to solve the problem without having to send it back for repairs. If you're hesitant about this unit, have your doctor do an emergency brain scan! GET IT
