Awesome seller! Product as described, very recent manufacturing date, brand new and had all parts/manuals/etc. Shipping exactly as promised - product was packed well with no damage upon delivery. Price was better than anywhere else I could find. Installed easily - worked as expected. If you are replacing an existing same vendor detector note that these new ones have a hump on top for the battery so you need more room in the electrical connection box. Would buy product and from seller again.

I purchased this in error, thinking it was a tenor. Nevertheless, the seller refunded my total price including shipping--without charging a restocking fee--and also provided a free return shipping label which was not at all required, an unusual experience for this very experienced buyer!
