The seller was great at shipping the item in a very timely fashion. The condition of the stuffed animal was great visually just like the pictures. It was very clean and well taken care of. The only issue was the voice box was distorted and didn't sound right at all. I immediately messaged about the issue and the seller was very helpful and understanding and immediately refunded the money.
