This seller sent me a used part.its a different item than the one on the pics,part that i received is a used take off part has 2 small scuffs that must of happened when it was removed feom the vehicle ,2 scratches like rock chips and its dirty from regular ambiet dirt from beeing on the car .it is 100 percent for aure not a new parts its a used part.hole reaosn why i purchased was to not have to paint and this part totally needs to be repainted

This item came to us from a company that is upgrading new broncos. They bubble wrap all the parts which we spot check. We did not remove the bubble wrap on this part prior to shipping so it is our fault that this happened. Buyer never reached out to let us know..Just saw the feedback...

Listed and advertised as “brand new” but when it arrived it clearly was used. Scuffs on face of emblem. After contacting the seller, they admitted the part was a take off. Nowhere in the ad did it mention this. False advertising. Although they did issue a refund and I shipped the item back, their customer service was not the best it could have been. Will not do business with this seller again.

Definitely a horrible experience. They shipped me two of the same side rails instead of one RH and one LH. The box was beat up and the inside the rails were wrapped together scratching each other and beat up. Review wouldn’t let me choose negative feedback only positive option.
