This is my 4th Dyson AM09 Hot/Cool fan/heater. Great service on this purchase. Wish Dyson would correct the problem with H2 message with heat function, so I don’t need to purchase a 5th one. Have always had the white/silver item, but had to settle for the black one, this time. I am a LMT and use it in my studio. They quit working after the warranty expires.

The item was promptly shipped and delivered, arriving in it's original Dyson packaging, which was a nice touch. While there were two minor nicks on the face of the fan, they were hardly noticeable and in no way detracted from the overall quality. Considering the significant savings of over $70, it was definitely worth it!

I am totally impressed!!!!! My Dyson came today. I absolutely love it!!!!! There was constant communication updates from the seller regarding the delivery day. The vacuum came packaged perfectly with everything that I needed included. It is so clean and for a vacuum really pretty. I assembled all the parts and plugged it in and it works beautifully. I am so happy!!!!! For the price of this refurbished Dyson, the warranty, the communication, I would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!!
