    Laura Ryan was charming and helpful, very nice to deal with. Item was as described and very well packed. Postage on the U.S side was very efficient through 30+ phases of handling. Tracking was excellent. After all the care in the U.S. Imagine my disbelief when the first package was left in an unsecured letterbox. I was at home, the front door was open but no one came to the security gate. The second package was left on the doormat in full view of the street. Shame on Australia post service.
