Product is great pain reliever! Material and value is good. Probably would be even better if support straps were wider and a bit more rigid. Problem is brace and support strap tends to slide during long period use (longer than 4 hours) and strap tends to crumple and stretch making it difficult to readjust during long wear periods - standard size really should fit most - bigger size should be for those longer than 19" shoulder to shoulder Product is great pain reliever!
