Item was quickly shipped and packaging was fine. CD player was exactly as described, brand new in the original box with all components still sealed in plastic bags complete with all documentation. Item was competitively priced and shipped promptly. Although it was carefully packaged (original packaging within another padded box) it still somehow was damaged in transit.
After reaching out seller promptly offered to return item (although ad stated returns not accepted). The damage did not impede my particular use of the item so in lieu of returning the seller issued a generous partial refund.
