    The BEST Flour!

    This flour is EXCELLENT - a dramatic difference in that everything "light as a feather". My neighbor's son suffers with a wheat intolerance, and this has been a godsend as he this product causes no negative reactions. LOVE this brand and buying more of their products.

    Love this flour

    Makes Delicious bread. Doesn't raise my blood sugar like modern wheat. Will be making crackers next. From now on it will be the only flour in my home. If you research Einkorn wheat you will discover why it is so much healthier than modern wheat. It's never been charged, in fact it's the only one that hasn't been. So you will be eating food made from wheat God created for our bodies to best use.

    Delicious!!!

    I love this flour! There is definitely a noticeable difference in flavor compared to the other newer, modified, excuse for flour that is put on shelves in U.S. stores. I've made lots of German and Italian items with this and they have all been fantastic! Look for the best deals and buy it in bulk.

    Gluten-intolerant folk, take note!

    Recommend this product, especially, to one who is Gluten-intolerant. Also, it is a healthy type of flour; the ONLY Wheat never Hybridized!
