Then I asked for a return this is what I was told "It make no sense to accept a return, your part is 100% new i don’t see any oily spots, I guess who ever made it had dirty hands idk, and your missing a piece of paper?,you have a brand new unused part install it and it’ll be fine, I have sold 40-50 of these with ZERO issues."
