    This is a great cookbook full of different types of cheesecakes. If you have ever been to juniors in New York City, You know how awesome their cheesecakes are. So now you can replicate these at home!

    If you love to bake and love cheesecake then you have to purchase the Junior's Cheesecake Cookbook by Alan Rosen and Beth Allen. This is more than just a cookbook it teaches you in detail step by step easy to understand helpful directions. If you follow the directions and use the right ingredients you will truly have baked the best cheesecake. And I know cheesecake I have been to Junior's many times.29 years ago I moved from New York to California and the one thing I missed the most was Junior's cheesecake. Back then I never dreamed one day the Rosen family would share their recipes for people like myself that truly missed their To-Die-For cheesecake. In the early 90's I was able to order Junior's cheesecake and have them shipped to me. Now all I have to do is open this lovely Cookbook ...

    Buy This Book! Eat Your Way to Paradise!

    For cheesecake lovers and cheesecake makers, this book is a must! Having gathered cheesecake recipes for years, I thought I had found the one and only perfect cheesecake recipe...until I tried several from this book. Just as good...and some quite unique. Wonderful recipes, beautiful pictures, and easy to follow instructions. That's not to say these are five minute recipes...they are not. But these recipes will keep your family coming for more. When I had my children pick the "next" recipe to try, they were always different...and I haven't found one that hasn't become someones' favorite. Junior's sells lots of cheesecakes on QVC and I always wondered why someone would pay so much for one...now I Know why. Wonderful book! Such fun to try the recipes. And the reactions from the ...
