Item not "NEW" as advertised. Box was obviously opened by the looks of the open box seal. And the actual conditioner bottle seal had obviously been opened too. I'm a bit disappointed because I love this particular product. If it were advertised as "OPEN BOX"...I would NOT have made such a pricey purchase. False advertising!! I feel that I should get a refund.
