After contacting the seller, and trying some recommended solutions, we had to (unfortunately) return the item. The seller was helpful in trying to resolve the problem - which may have been a result of the years in storage. The seller may have avoided this by testing the item prior to shipping. Just disappointed that the item didn't work - we were looking forward to displaying this great item!
