    Problem with the bottles.

    The container has a problem. The pump doesn't work. I have to unscrew the top & bang into my hand for it to come out or I use a skewer to poke into the bottle & wipe into my hand & then put in my hair. I love this product but until they fix the problem I won't buy again. I have 2 that the pumps don't work so I'll be creative in getting the contents out & into my hair.

    THE ANSWER FOR FLYAWAYS AND DRY ENDS!

    I use this product, about a quarter size amount on towel dried hair ( for below shoulder length) 2-3 times a month . I focus the product on the ends then comb through the rest . It can weigh down hair at the crown if you use too much. It works best when blow drying after washing/normal conditioning. I use more often if I am also using heat styling like a curling iron/straightener. The product greatly enhances hair shaft smoothness and encourages style hold. It makes dry ends receptive to the heat tools and reduces split ends. I color my hair, so drier ends can become an issue. Best of all, it restores shine, works like a Brazilian blowout for pennies per use, and SMELLS GREAT! Coconutty scent.

    this item is a wonderful value with the convenience of home delivery. it is the exact same product i would get from my salon with out the markups. i love the way it smooths softens and detangles my thick course hair with out a thick build up or greasy look, PLUS it smells wonderful. if you heat style your hair i would definitely look into this product
