Don't let the Product Name of Cervical Ice Pac restrict anyone from appreciating the multiple location uses of this terrific item. If you are interested in specific targeting of any point along a limb, this is the product that will give you maximum 360 degree icing in a local area with maximum satisfaction. Great for knees, ankles, elbows and wrists, as well as the neck and head. Highly recommended that two be purchased per order so that icing can be done on multiple targets in one session as in shoulder and elbow, or knee and ankle. Employ those old pillow cases to assist wrapping the pacs around limbs and to enhance comfort. Forget those big bulky ice packs even if your target area involves the trunk.
