I placed my order on March 7th and it took a case to be filed, for the seller to respond to me... The seller just bought the item directly from Amazon and had Amazon ship it to me. The receipt shows that they didn't even do that, until March 17th. 10 days after my order. Next time I'll just order from Amazon, directly.

I was able to read. Get my money back from the straps. I really wanted the 4, but I did receive the 2 plus my money back. Therefore they made it right. My overall experience was so so but at the end of the day it all turned out. Good would highly recommend Rhino straps to the public and everyone.
