    Transaction, shipping speed and packaging were all excellent, however seller description listed item as good, but I found it less than that. Basket had damage on 3 corners, was broken on bottom in 2 places. Was very dirty, and rack had rust, and 4 rusted feet. Pictures did not show this damage, except in one slat on bottom. All damaged areas need to be pictured or described by seller.
