Packaging perfect; though (2) of the (3) screws of the drive did not align with the late 2011 13"Macbook frame, the DVD drive is held in place with the one screw combined with the very snug fit of the housing. Discs play perfectly. Excellent condition and and great value. Outer appearance of drive is cosmetically different showing no inner components i.e. fully enclosed assembly. I am satisfied.
