Though the pictures were accurate, listing did not obviously describe the missing accessory, and technical description showed "laser detection" as a feature. He refunded $20 and agreed to update the listing for future buyers. Not great, not terrible.

    Good quality cordless vacuum

    Only down side is the battery lasts 5 min on higher setting which makes this setting almost useless except for a quick spot clean. Regular setting still works decent and battery lasts 30 min. Attachments are a big part of how well this vacuum works.

    Worked great...until it didn't.

    I really wanted to like this vacuum - and I do, in theory! It's a great size, super portable and useful for all kinds of applications, and really powerful. The attachments are fabulous. However, it has steadily declined in usefulness since we bought it 5 months ago. It started with a rhythmic throbbing sometimes when we had it set to "max." That became more common. Then it stopped holding a charge. At this point, it's mostly useful as modern art, not a vacuum.

    Dyson is the only way to go in my book. Nothing else comes close to the suction power. It’s easy to use and empty out too. And it’s lightweight. Worth the price!
