Great pillow, bad warranty, and price going up and quality DOWN!
This pillow works very well for my neck and I don't know what I would do without one; been using these for the past 20 years. Although, I have probably bought 5 over the past 4 years. They only last about 6 months or so. I have had 2 replaced over the past 10 years. And now, they won't respond to my emails or phone calls. Seems like the price of the pillows has gone up by a third over the past couple of years and the firmness of the pillows is only about 1/3 of what it should be.
